These workshops have been designed to help people with financial
difficulties. They are taught by clinicians who have completed the MoveBeyondPain® certification program with Ms.
Gandhi. At present the workshops are being offered in Albany, Lebanon
and Newport.
Private Consults with Ms. Gandhi: Ms. Gandhi will be
available for private consults from October 1, 2010
Covered by the (Samaritan Employee Wellness Benefit
Program.)
The MoveBeyondPain® Foundation Course is:
A comprehensive
program to empower a person living with chronic pain (CP).
A combination of
educational lesson plans and a therapeutic movement routine for
bringing mind, body and spirit in alignment.
Based on an
award winning research study- now published in a peer reviewed Journal.
Designed by Namita Gandhi, MS, MBA, MA, a clinical
exercise physiologist and a person with chronic pain.

session lasts 90-120 minutes

programs at the Integrative Movement Clinic are taught by Ms.
Gandhi

with body awareness, clinical exercise physiologist Namita
Gandhi teaches you the art and science of relaxing the mind, body and
spirit for effective chronic pain management. This comprehensive
program is based on Ms. Gandhi's personal experience with chronic pain
and her research study that won an outstanding research award from the Northwest
American College of
Sports Medicine and is now published in the Women & Therapy Journal.
